Learning and Development: Engage in a structured training program that covers all aspects of service operations, including customer service, process management, store operations, and resource allocation. Acquire a deep understanding of the organization's service offerings, operational procedures, and customer expectations. 2. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancement and efficiency gains within service operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements, streamline workflows, and optimize resource allocation to deliver exceptional service experiences. 3. Customer Experience Management: Contribute to the development and execution of strategies to establish superior customer satisfaction and loyalty. Monitor customer feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement, ensuring a seamless and personalized service experience. 4. Performance Monitoring: Assist in monitoring and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service operations, such as response time, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores. Generate reports and provide insights to management, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. 5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with service teams, including service executive, area managers, to ensure effective coordination and communication. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, encouraging teamwork, knowledge sharing, and professional development. 6. Project Management: Participate in service operations projects aimed at introducing new services, implementing system upgrades, or improving existing processes. Contribute to project planning, execution, and evaluation, adhering to deadlines and project objectives. 7. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Adhere to company policies, service standards, and regulatory requirements. Support audits and inspections related to service operations, ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and quality standards.
