Who we are?

Atomberg Technologies is a Consumer Appliances company that was started by IIT & IIM graduates. We started our exciting journey with energy-efficient fans and will be present in multiple categories in the next couple of years. Fans are based on our patent-pending BLDC motor technology, which saves more than 65% electricity. We are the winners of awards like the National Entrepreneurship Award, Best Climate solver award, Most innovative company in "EE" category awarded by UN, Forbes 30under30. Till date, we have also raised funding from investors like A91 Partners, Jungle Ventures, Steadview etc.

Since our inception, we have been successfully growing at more than 100% "YOY" and are currently doing a monthly revenue close to Rs. 90 Cr/month. The target is to reach 1200 crores by FY 23-24. Current product line includes fans, mixer grinders & smart locks, and future product lines will include several other categories across home and kitchen appliances.

Role: Management Trainee- Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our company as a Management Trainee. This position offers a unique opportunity for career growth and development within our sales department. The selected candidate will undergo a comprehensive training program that includes working in multiple stints as an Area Sales Executive and an Area Sales Manager. Upon successful completion of the trainee period, the candidate will be promoted to the role of an Area Sales Manager.

Responsibilities :

ASE Stint:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers in the assigned territory.

2. Implement promotional activities and sell-out programs to increase product visibility and market share.

3. Monitor competitor activities and propose strategies to stay ahead in the market.

4. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.

5. Assist the Area Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

6. Conduct market research and gather insights to identify potential customers and market trends.

ASM Stint:

1. Manage a team of Area Sales Executives and provide guidance and support to achieve sales objectives.

2. Develop and execute effective sales strategies and action plans to drive business growth and profitability.

3. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective measures.

4. Manage distributor relationships and negotiate terms to ensure smooth operations and availability of products.

5. Monitor and ensure the collection of outstanding payments from distributors and retailers.

6. Increase the reach of the product by expanding the number of billed outlets.

7. Lead sell-out programs and promotional activities to stimulate demand and increase sales.

ROLE ESSENTIALS
