Who we are?

Atomberg Technologies is a Consumer Appliances company that was started by IIT & IIM graduates. We started our exciting journey with energy-efficient fans and will be present in multiple categories in the next couple of years. Fans are based on our patent-pending BLDC motor technology, which saves more than 65% electricity. We are the winners of awards like the National Entrepreneurship Award, Best Climate solver award, Most innovative company in "EE" category awarded by UN, Forbes 30under30. Till date, we have also raised funding from investors like A91 Partners, Jungle Ventures, Steadview etc.

Since our inception, we have been successfully growing at more than 100% "YOY" and are currently doing a monthly revenue close to Rs. 90 Cr/month. The target is to reach 1200 crores by FY 23-24. Current product line includes fans, mixer grinders & smart locks, and future product lines will include several other categories across home and kitchen appliances.

Today we are a team of more than 600+ professionals challenging the status quo every day with a straightforward question "Why not?".

MT will have to undergo 2-4 projects in the following departments:

1. Production/Process:

- Participate in 2-4 projects aimed at enhancing production processes and improving cost-efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement productivity enhancement initiatives.

- Contribute to the creation and deployment of a manufacturing excellence model.

2. Supply Chain:

- Gain experience in scaling up distribution operations to meet business growth objectives.

- Work on projects focused on cost optimization and improving delivery processes or trade partnerships.

- Collaborate with supply chain teams to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

3. Quality:

- Strengthen the Quality Management System by implementing best practices and process improvements.

- Assist in building a culture of quality across the Operations function.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance programs.

4. Sourcing:

- Gain exposure to commodity risk management by working on projects related to sourcing and procurement.

- Collaborate with sourcing teams to analyze and mitigate risks associated with commodities.

- Assist in developing strategies to optimize sourcing processes and ensure supply chain stability.

All stints are basis the organizational requirements. It is subjected to change if the organizational view deems necessary

Role & Responsibilities :

1. Analyze and report data on material availability, machine time, and manpower resources to optimize plant operations for efficiency and profitability.

2. Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages or mismanagement of materials.

3. Continuously review systems and methods to improve manufacturing practices, reduce costs, and enhance coordination among departments.

4. Participate in supply chain management activities within the plant.

5. Ensure accurate inventory management across all stock categories (raw materials, work in progress, finished goods) by following global standards.

6. Provide ERP training to team members and ensure data accuracy and management within the system.

7. Coordinate with ERP system providers for improvements and integrations.

8. Collaborate with sales, production, and purchasing departments to execute production plans and new product launches.

9. Prepare production schedules on a yearly, monthly, and weekly basis.

Role Essentials:
