Atomberg Technologies is a Consumer Appliances company that was started by IIT & IIM graduates. We started our exciting journey with energy-efficient fans and will be present in multiple categories in the next couple of years. Fans are based on our patent-pending BLDC motor technology, which saves more than 65% of electricity. We are the winners of awards like the National Entrepreneurship Award, Best Climate Solver award, Most innovative company in the "EE" category awarded by UN, and Forbes 30under30.

Since our inception, we have been successfully growing at more than 100% "YOY" and are currently doing a monthly revenue close to Rs. 90 Cr/month. The target is to reach 1200 crores by FY 23-24. Current product line includes fans, mixer grinders & smart locks, and future product lines will include several other categories across home and kitchen appliances.

Qualification:

CA - 2023 (First attempt preferred in all 3 levels or finals)

Location : Vikhroli, Mumbai (Corporate office)

Role & Responsibilities:

The MT Program will involve projects across various finance functions, focusing on the following responsibilities and objectives:

1. Planning and Forecasting: Contributing to the development of strategic plans and accurate financial forecasts to guide decision-making processes.

2. Financial Analysis: Conducting thorough financial analyses, evaluating key performance indicators, and providing insights to support informed decision making.

3. Designing and Reporting Management Review Dashboard: Creating visually appealing and informative dashboards for management review, enabling effective data presentation and facilitating decision making.

4. Hygiene Improvements: Identifying areas for improvement within financial processes and implementing measures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

5. Active participation in the Implementation of SAP S4 Hana: Taking an active role in the implementation of SAP S4 Hana, contributing to its successful integration within the organization.

6. Working on Cross-Functional Projects: Collaborating with teams from different departments, leveraging diverse expertise to achieve project objectives.

7. Assisting in Business Decision Making: Providing valuable insights, conducting research, and proposing solutions to address business challenges and support decision making.

8. Identifying and Understanding Business Challenges: Identifying and comprehending complex business challenges, analyzing root causes, and formulating appropriate solutions.

9. Proactively Identifying Variances and Opportunities for Improvement: Identifying discrepancies in comparison to forecasts and budgets, and proactively discovering opportunities for process optimization and improvement.

10. Month Close, Quarter Close Activities, DSO Governance, Varied Stakeholder Management: Executing month-end and quarter-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance, while effectively managing diverse stakeholders, including those involved in DSO governance.

11. Active Participation in Audit Activities: Engaging in audit activities, providing necessary information, supporting audit processes, and ensuring adherence to established financial controls.
