Position : Product Service Lead - Mumbai

Atomberg Technologies is a Consumer Appliances company that was started by IIT & IIM Graduates. We started our exciting journey with energy-efficient fans and will be presenting multiple categories in the next couple of years. Fans are based on our patent-pending BLDC motor technology, which saves more than 65% electricity. Role responsibilities :

1. This is a leadership role. Where you are expected to own the entire service delivery design and its quality, Including all aspects around it.

2. Jointly own the product performance and improvement along with product R&D team.

3. Complete ownership of service delivery design and standardization.

4. Design training capabilities and its ramp up.

5. New product launch - Design the service ability of a product and supply capability readiness for its servicing.

6. Build quality engine - Improve the overall quality of service delivery. Build scalable mechanism/processes.

Desired Candidate Profile :

1. Proven record of being a high achiever/performer in life(Top school/Top organisations)

2. Analytically sharp with and ability to dig deeper into a problem.

3. Proven experience in system/process designing.

4. Problem solving acumen - Ability to break a problem and provide scalable solutions

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with email etiquette, Good problem-solving and analytical skills, and Excellent customer service skills.

Experience: 4 - 6 years in Product Service .
