We started our exciting journey with energy-efficient fans and will be present in multiple categories in the next couple of years. Position: Organizational Development - LEAD Candidate will be responsible for leading & driving organization development activities across all the functions at pan India level. Location - Vikhroli, Mumbai. Responsibilities : 1. Create a roadmap to bring the culture alive and deploy the same across the organization. Define and track the success parameter for the same. 2. Drive OKR - Performance Management for the organization across all levels. The role holder should be an inhouse expert on OKR for Leaders and HRPBs. 3. Create the Employee Value Proposition for the organization and integrate the same to various people processes and practices to deliver a consistent employee experience. 4. Execute the Talent Management strategy for the organization and keep the strategy updated in-line with the business strategy 5. Strengthen the internal communication across the functions 6. Build and deploy a robust Onboarding program and track the effectiveness of the program 7. Lead the Learning and development agenda of the organization. 8. Designs and aligns the Competency Framework of the organization.
