Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ecommerce Key Account Manager to join our fan manufacturing company. As the Ecommerce Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our online sales channels, specifically focusing on key accounts and strategic partnerships within the ecommerce sector. Your main objective will be to optimize sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth through effective account management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Key Account Management:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key ecommerce accounts, such as online retailers and marketplaces.

- Serve as the main point of contact for these accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and promptly addressing any concerns or inquiries.

2. Sales Growth:

- Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for expansion within existing key accounts.

- Develop account-specific strategies and promotional plans to increase sales volume, average order value, and overall customer satisfaction.

3. Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the ecommerce sector.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to prospect and secure new partnerships, expanding our presence in the online marketplace.

4. Forecasting and Reporting:

- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports to the management team.

- Utilize data and analytics to identify areas of improvement, track progress against sales targets, and make data-driven recommendations for optimizing performance.

5. Product Presentations and Training:

- Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and workshops for key accounts to enhance their product knowledge and drive sales.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product content, including product descriptions, images, and videos.

6. Pricing and Negotiation:

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with key accounts, ensuring profitability while maintaining competitive market positioning.

- Monitor and analyze competitor pricing strategies to develop effective pricing strategies that maximize revenue and market share.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, supply chain, and customer service, to ensure smooth order fulfillment, resolve any issues, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in ecommerce account management, preferably within the consumer goods or manufacturing industry.

- In-depth understanding of ecommerce platforms, online marketplaces, and digital marketing strategies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive business growth.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key accounts.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Familiarity with fan manufacturing or related products would be a plus.
