Atlys - Product Lead

What we're looking for :

As the Product Lead of one of our business lanes, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and business development to create and launch new products, as well as improve existing ones.

Responsibilities:

- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to the team, investors, and other stakeholders

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends, and use this information to inform product decisions

- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop product roadmaps and prioritize features and enhancements

- Manage the product development process from ideation to launch, including defining product requirements, creating user stories, and overseeing testing and deployment

- Monitor product performance and user feedback, and make data-driven decisions to improve the product

- Work with business development and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and effective go-to-market strategies

- Manage and mentor product team members, and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field

- 5+ years of experience in product management or related field, preferably in a startup environment

- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling innovative products

- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Passion for technology and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the industry
