Atlys - Financial Lead

What we're looking for:

- We are looking for a Finance Lead to join our team and help us scale the company to new heights.

- The Finance Lead will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and fundraising. They will work closely with the CEO, executive team, and investors to develop and execute financial strategies that drive growth and profitability.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain financial models to support the company's strategic planning and decision-making processes

- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

- Produce regular financial reports and analyses for the executive team and board of directors

- Oversee the company's cash management, including monitoring cash flow and optimizing working capital

- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, banks, and auditors

- Support fundraising efforts, including developing investor presentations and financial projections

- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices

- Continuously evaluate and improve the company's financial processes and systems to support growth and scalability

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

- Strong financial modeling and analysis skills, with experience using Excel and financial software

- Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

- Experience working with investors, banks, and auditors

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and to adapt to changing priorities
