Qualification : Post Graduation in Textile Engineering/Analytical Chemistry or Organic Chemistry

Role :

1. Looking after all Textile Testing activities and ensure the Compliance of ISO 17025:2005 Laboratory system in the laboratory to meet NABL requirements.

2. Managing and mentoring team of Laboratory and ensuring timely deliveries.

3. To set up testing methods and build up client list for laboratory's expanded activities in field of for fiber, yarn, fabric testing, Geo textile, Protective textile, flammability testing, Industrial Textile, Non-woven and Garment testing facility

4. Creating sustainable long term sources of revenue through developing testing & related services

5. Developing textile related & environment related consulting services

6. Ensure systems & processes in the lab are maintained well.

7. Obtain Indian & International Accreditations

8. Ensure work is carried out based on these standards

9. Development of R&D strategy for composites Building the agenda to achieve the objectives

10. Write various projects Secure funding and manage execution

11. Generate revenue through monetizing the technologies or developments

12. Dissemination of knowledge to the industry through technical support & Training & Development
