- Candidates should have relevant experience in the field of Compensation and Benefits, possess strong analytical and quantitative skills, be able to engage with multiple stakeholders, be able to operate independently and guide / work together with teams. Exposure to a startup environment is a plus. - Design compensation structures/models, allowances, salary ranges, long & short term incentive programs, policy formulation across group entities - Budgeting, financial impact analysis and scenario planning to evaluate optimal solutions and implementation plans - Refine market intelligence data to periodically benchmark compensation programs / processes in scope and recommend enhancements to improve their competitiveness. - Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation - Design and deployment of various compensation programs to drive organizational performance through world-class practices of governance and employee experience - Independently resolve escalated compensation issues and recommend optimal solutions for issues. - Develop and report metrics related to effectiveness of managed compensation programs / processes. - Engage with internal stakeholders and user groups to solicit actionable feedback on programs and recommend design improvements. - Develop targeted education programs and communication material on compensation offerings. - Experience with Payroll is good to have - Experience with tools like darwin box or similar, is a big plus
