What will you be doing at Ather? As a member of the Performance Management CoC (Centre of Competence) within POPS (People operations and Strategy, HR at Ather), you'll be working on the design of the performance management framework and it's adoption across the organization. Here are the details: - Champion the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) philosophy of performance management across the organization - Facilitate effective cascade of top down strategy and bottom up execution and align teams &amp; individuals with company objectives - Drive the design and implementation of performance management, including the tools, systems, technology and processes. - Lead execution of the vector cycle including goal setting, monthly check ins, quarterly reviews, annual appraisal and promotion process across the org within the planned timelines - Create awareness around Vector &amp; OKR philosophy, systems and processes across the org by utilizing multiple communication channels. - Create dashboards and draw insights from the performance management data around how we are impacting the org objectives, values and business goals. What kind of experience &amp; skills do you need for this role ? - Experience of having worked in highly matrixed and agile organizations and managed the performance process end to end. - Experience of having worked with senior leaders, cross functional teams and high performing individuals in a fast paced environment - Subject matter expertise across disciplines of organizational behavior, organizational effectiveness, performance management - Experience/ understanding of OKR philosophy and it's implementation will be a huge plus.
