Athena Global Technologies - Business System Analyst

- Provide Requirements Management guidance & mentorship to the team

- Enforce, improve, establish requirements elicitation and management policies & guidelines.

- Collaborate with project managers, technical architects, stakeholders & project sponsors to determine project scope & vision.

- Identify & establish scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.

- Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements and UI requirements as needed in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/ project team.

- Analyse and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.

- Develop and conduct peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted.

- Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification & methodology development.

- Experience overseeing/participating in the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.

- Understanding of software development life cycle concepts (Agile, Waterfall, etc).

- Working knowledge of network and PC OS, including MS Office Suites product, MS SharePoint and MS Project Server

- Good understanding of the full Project Management, Systems Development Life Cycle methodologies and application development.

- Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it.

- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
