Analyst Finance and Investments

The applicant must possess the following :

- Chartered Accountant / CFA

- At least 3-4 years of experience in research or financial analysis

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Sound understanding of various asset classes such as Debt, Equity and Alternate Assets

- Ability to review investment products thoroughly and write product review notes

- Highly motivated and self-driven

It is desirable that the applicant possess the following :

- Experience in creating financial models, management reports and research notes

- General understanding of the Tax and Corporate Laws

Your primary responsibility will be as follows :

- Portfolio and Performance reporting to clients on a periodic basis

- Preparing Portfolio review report and market commentary for the clients

- Writing investment research notes and financial analysis on investee companies/funds/instruments

- Preparing budgets, financial models, MIS / dashboards for financial advisory clients

- Liaison with the financial institutions and other external advisers for and on behalf of the client

You will be working in flat reporting structure and therefore expected to have tremendous amount of self-drive and willingness to take ownership of your work. This will also mean lot of freedom in terms of how you handle your responsibilities. On a regular basis you will be interacting with the finance team of the clients and families we work with.
