AtheansOwl - Lead - Client Engagement

Responsibilities:

- Engage with clients, manage communication & drive end-to-end delivery process

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships

- Forecast project costs, deliver projects at high profit margins

- Work collaboratively with the product team, for near term enhancement feedback and long term product development road-map

- Work collaboratively with the sales team to understand the project pipeline

- Own objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of team members and lead them to achieve their fullest potential

- Drive agile delivery practices in the team, instill a bias for action

- Drive documentation and standard best practices in the team

Required Experience/Skill Set/Attitude:

- 5+ years of Analytics experience in data driven or AI technology products

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

- Team management experience is must

- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic and timeline sensitive work environment

- Intermediate understanding of decision science tools and techniques

- Fundamental understanding of cloud applications and products

- Data driven mindset and the ability to convert insights into strategies
