Role : HR Lead

Experience Level : 5 - 8 Years of experience

Work location : Mumbai (Malad W)

We are looking for a HR Lead to join and lead our Human Resources department. Responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies and setting objectives for the HR team. You will also help shape our employer brand strategy. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with HR technology, including payroll systems and employee tracking systems. Ultimately, you will ensure our company attracts, hires, develops and retains qualified employees.

Responsibilities :

- Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results

- Implement employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management

- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource legal requirements, including SOC requirements and Statutory Compliance - PF, ESIC, PT, TDS etc

- HR Budgeting/Forecasting - lead quarterly planning exercise

- Retain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system, using relevant tools and technology, including Attendance and Leave management

- Establishing and conducting orientation and training programs

- Develop strategy to lower the employee turnover rate through actively solving employee conflicts and raise office morale

- Lead, support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process, including internship programs

- Handle complete On-boarding of employees

- Handle exit formalities including conducting exit interviews

The ideal candidate should have :

- Strong financial management and budgeting skills

- Proven work experience as a HR Lead or similar role

- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software

- Solid understanding of HR legal requirements

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

- Leadership skills

- Team management experience is must

- Ability to foster healthy employee relations
