Job Title : Litigation   Function/ Department : Legal   Functional Supervisor: National Head - Legal Field Operations (Solid Line)   Administrative Supervisor: National Head - Legal Field Operations (Solid Line)   Reportees (Direct/ Indirect) AM, Litigation  Reporting Solid Line   No. of Incumbents 2  Brief Description of Key Responsibilities :  - Responsible for assisting and supporting Litigation in all legal cases related to the site acquisition, deployment and maintenance operations  - Responsible for timely filing of legal applications, maintenance of legal records and appropriate handling of customer communication  Job Purpose :  Assist and support National - Head Legal Field Operations in all legal cases related to the circle level site acquisition, deployment and maintenance operations   Key Job Responsibilities   a. Functional/ Technical/ Process  1. Legal Support Delivery   - Advise middle-level leadership on legal cases and issues with a focus on commercial and operational issues and agreed risk parameters and on taking cases to the High Court or higher authorities  - Research civil, criminal, corporate and labor laws and issues and strategize the course of action in a particular issue or litigation  - Draft and vet pleadings, plaint, affidavits, applications, written statements and various notices and replies  - Maintain complete records of litigation and implement MIS and reporting mechanism of all legal cases notices, draft memos and notes and present them to Management when required  - Manage external counsel relationships   b. Customer  1. Internal Customer Satisfaction :   - Coordinate with Circle Legal Manager and motivate them and suggest solutions and guide them with litigation strategy  - Organize training programs for the Legal team and other functions  - Design guidelines for litigation processes, drafting formats in coordination with National Head - Legal Field Operations   c. Financial  1. Legal Budgeting   Implement the standard policies to ensure timely and cost effective legal action and safeguarding of organization   Key Performance Indicators :  Educational Qualification : LLB   Technical Competencies :  - Financial Dispute Resolution  - Problem Solving  - Regulatory & Compliance  - Knowledge of Litigation in Tower Infrastructure Industry  - Knowledge of Electricity, Environment and Telecom Law  - Legal Drafting   Behavioral Competencies : All ATC Core Competencies   Language : Proficiency in English and Hindi   Relevant Experience (in Years): Experience in practicing before District Courts, High Courts or the Supreme Court of India with some corporate law experience is preferred   Overall Experience (in Years): 10 - 12 years of experience in Legal Function   Key Internal and External Interactions   1.Circle Legal Manager   Coordinate with to develop and implement solutions   2.
