- Assist the Chief HR Officer - Asia in planning and executing strategic interventions and special projects in coordination with all the direct reports of Chief HR Officer - Asia
- Support key decision making by the Chief HR Officer - Asia by providing insights based on HR metrics
Responsibility
Vision and Strategy Development
- Assist in the planning of the special projects launched at the corporate level to increase effectiveness and efficiency of HR
- Incorporate global HR strategy objectives in the HR strategy developed for ATC India and bring alignment among the two
- Assist the functional HR heads in driving key global ATC agenda and plans- in India
HR Process Development and Review
- Drive strategic and operational business processes and programs decided upon by senior leadership
- Support in driving special HR projects and new processes as needed to increase effectiveness and efficiency of HR
Thought Leadership and Communication
- Lead research projects conducted within the organization and white papers and ensure their publication in noted journals
- Assist Chief Human Resources Officer in developing points of view on current HR trends in the market and trends in ATC
- Collate data from the HR functions and analyze in order to determine trends and develop keen insights
- Identify the need for the creation of new reports and alteration of existing reports to meet a new business requirement and submit data requests to the HR Heads
- Draft the communication on behalf of the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer to the public
Administration
- Define internal communication strategy and communicate plan for Corporate HR, HR Business partner and other identified departments
Internal Customer Satisfaction
- Interact with functional HR heads through exclusive and ongoing one to one interactions, identify issues of concern/ respond to grievances, discuss with concerned and design corrective and proactive actions/initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction within the organization
HR Budgeting
- Assist the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer in estimating bottom-up annual HR budget
- Monitor HR metrics such as attrition levels, HR cost per employee, etc. and take steps to ensure that metrics are within defined norms
