Responsibilities:
- Oversee various aspects of HR Operations, including Recruitment Coordination, employee documentation, onboarding, offboarding, Payroll, and HR audits.
- Investigate and address complaints brought forward by employees promptly and effectively.
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees, addressing inquiries and assisting with issues related to benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Recommend and implement strategies to motivate employees and enhance workplace morale.
- Conduct orientations for new staff members and maintain accurate records of new hires.
- Manage the organization's employee database and produce reports on HR-related activities.
- Support employee relations by providing guidelines and clarifications on policies and their application.
- Efficiently manage employee benefits and claims administration.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Human Resources Management, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven organization.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of HR functions, policies, and regulations.
- Experience in IT and non-IT recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
