Astrotalk - Regional Operations Manager - Recruitment - South

About the role:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Regional Operations Manager from South India who will be responsible for the onboarding astrologer from the South region and make the recruitment process smoother while ensuring that the right astrologer is hired.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit, onboard, and manage team of associates who specialise in assessing Astrologers

- Find & evaluate astrologer hiring leads.

- Manage the recruitment and selection process of astrologers

- Conduct regular audits, maintain quality standards, adherence to guidelines, and to identify areas for improvement.

- Monitor and analyse ratings of reportees

- Act as a point of contact for team members to address grievances, concerns, or issues, and work towards resolution in a timely manner.

- Continuously work on smoothening the hiring process of astrologers

- Collaborate to strategize and implement plans to increase overall astrologer hiring numbers

- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management

Requirements:

- Proven experience in project management, team leadership, or a related field.

- Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both English and Hindi.

- Overall 4 year(s) of experience with 1-2 years of Direct team leading experience.

- Fluency in any two of the following languages - Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu (read, write and speak)

- This is a Work from Office role, based in Noida.
