Role Description:

- The Operations Manager will be responsible for the onboarding astrologer and making the recruitment process smoother while ensuring that the right astrologer is hired.

- Key Responsibilities. Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of associates who specialize in assessing Astrologers.

- Manage the recruitment and selection process of astrologers. Conduct regular audits, maintain quality standards, adhere to guidelines, and identify areas for improvement. Monitor and analyze ratings of reporters.

- Act as a point of contact for team members to address grievances, concerns, or issues, and work towards resolution promptly.

- Continuously work on smoothening the hiring process of astrologers. Collaborate to strategize and implement plans to increase overall astrologer hiring numbers. Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management
