Astrotalk - Chief Technology Officer

Responsibilities:

- Provide visionary leadership for the technical team, guiding development efforts and aligning them with business objectives.

- Lead and mentor the software development team, ensuring high-quality code and timely project delivery.

- Oversee the design and implementation of software solutions, with a focus on Java backend development using Spring Framework.

- Drive innovation and adoption of best practices, including Agile methodologies and CI/CD.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business priorities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from a tier 1 college such as IITs or equivalent.

- Minimum 6 years of experience in Java backend development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

- Expertise in Spring Framework, Springboot, SQL, REST APIs, and Linux-based systems.

- Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in Microservices architecture and design patterns.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
