Role Description:

- Recruit, onboard, and manage team of associates who specialise in assessing Astrologers

- Find & evaluate astrologer hiring leads.

- Manage the recruitment and selection process of astrologers

- Conduct regular audits, maintain quality standards, adherence to guidelines, and to identify areas for improvement.

- Monitor and analyse ratings of reporters

- Act as a point of contact for team members to address grievances, concerns, or issues, and work towards resolution in a timely manner.

- Continuously work on smoothening the hiring process of astrologers

- Collaborate to strategize and implement plans to increase overall astrologer hiring numbers

- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in project management, team leadership, or a related field.

- Overall 4 years of experience with 1-2 years of Direct team leading experience.

- Fluency in any one of the following languages - Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu.

- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.

- Exposure to or experience with e-commerce or digital business.

- Understanding of the South India market and trends.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

This is a Work from Office role, based in Noida.
