Astrotalk - Brand Manager

Astrotalk is looking for a Brand Manager!.

Responsibilities:

- Brand Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the overall business objectives.

- Drive brand positioning, differentiation, and consumer engagement.

- Consumer Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, conduct market research, and analyze consumer - insights to inform brand strategies.

- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and copy teams to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging across all channels.

- Budget Management: Manage and optimize the brand marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.

- Track and report on key performance indicators.

- Creative Development: Oversee the development of creative assets for shoots, campaigns, performance marketing, and all other digital content ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

- Channels: Lead and manage the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (ATL, digital, social, print, events, etc.

Also, Discover new channels to scale Brand Acquisition.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Master's degree is a plus.

- 3 -5 years of experience in brand management within the consumer tech space.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.

- Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
