Astrokun - Manager - Performance Marketing

Astrokun - Genuine Astrology, is searching for a star Performance Marketing Manager for the Marketing team at Astrokun.

- The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in Performance Marketing. Previous experience of E-commerce or B2C will be required for this role.

- Candidate should be a pro with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Market SMM, Google Analytics, Firebase, and MS Office tools (Excel, PPT, Visio).

- Technical Knowledge - Prior knowledge and experience about DSPs and DMPs. Be a king at maximizing ROI and ROAS through continuous campaign optimization. Understanding of MMPs like AppsFlyer - Branch / Adjust is required. A/B testing is a key component for awesome ROI and ROAS, hence need to know it well.

- Personality - All for one, One for All - Be a team player. Work closely with content writers and UI UX designer for effective campaigns. Communicate across teams and directly with founding team.
