Minimum Qualifications and Requirements Post Graduate qualification in Management from a premier management institute

Demonstrated skill sets in project management

Demonstrated experience in brand launches and life cycle management

Experience- 4 to 6 years of working in Pharma Industry in Brand Management / Strategic Marketing Role

- Driving Corporate Project Management

- Partnering for new launch strategy and defining marketing plan for same

- Improvise and drive Brand Planning Process with focus on Strategic Direction on Product Portfolio

- Drive Strategic Marketing initiatives, including capability enhancement for better outcome

- Manage the Market Research and Drive External insights from Market Research / Environment Scan

- Driving Corporate Project Management - Support the Managing Director and Director Strategy in driving Corporate Projects

- Own the Country Scorecard and provide quarterly tracking and update on the same

- Enable Corporate Decision making through data analytics support

- Adherence on the Project Implementation timelines

- Driving Corporate Decision making based on quantitative and qualitative analysis

- Partnering for new launch strategy and defining marketing plan for same - Own the brand marketing planning process and define the marketing plan for the pre-launch and launch process.

- Participate in the strategic planning and business review process and contribute towards marketing planning and execution

- Define the KPI frameworks for new launches to evaluate progress and consider course corrections, where required.

- Ownership on the Marketing Plans and KPI framework around the same.

- Own the Key Specialists of importance for new launches and drive the adoption through a structured engagement process

- Deliver the Brand Launch plan strategy definition and detailed marketing plan during pre-launch and launch.

- Improvise and drive Brand Planning Process with focus on Strategic Direction on Product Portfolio

- Define the templates for the brand planning process. Run the process in the Company

- Define the marketing brand plan review templates for quarterly business reviews

- Own the review process and provide inputs for execution excellence

- Central Coordination point for Umbrella branding initiatives like AZ Diabetes - Adherence to timelines for Brand Plan process.

- Defining the KPIs and monitoring of the same. Drive insights in execution through analytics on marketing execution.

- Quarterly Business Review Template definition and process management.

- Coordination for necessary approvals for enabling execution.

- Share of activity execution under the Umbrella branding.

- Drive Strategic Marketing initiatives, including capability enhancement for better outcome

- Drive development of analytical framework for forecasting of mature brands, new launch projections

- Develop insights on the execution through marketing and sales inputs and sales output analytics.

- Local Champion for the marketing capability enhancement initiatives driven by global and local teams - Timely delivery of new launch plans, including forecasting of sales during the initial years

- Embedding analytics into Brand Planning and Execution monitoring process.

- Delivery of marketing capability enhancement related workshops and initiatives

- Manage the Market Research and Drive External insights from Market Research / Environment Scan - Lead the market research strategy for AstraZeneca

- Centralize all external insight generation procedures

- Drive insights through analysis of databases and external reports / internal data to drive improvement in performance

- Management of Agency relationships - Deliver the Market Research framework within defined budgets

- Demonstrated improvement in execution through insights from the external scan.

- Planned framework for key brands on market research inputs
