Position Name: Key Accounts Manager

Individual Contributor role

Key Responsibilities :

1. Generate and Cultivate Leads : Identify and cultivate potential project leads within the assigned territory to expand the customer base and drive sales growth for Astral Resibond Sealants.

2. Engage with Key Stakeholders :Establish and maintain strong relationships with top Architects, Consultants, and Sealant Contractors, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of Astral Resibond Sealants.

3. Product Presentatio5.n and Training : Conduct comprehensive product presentations, training sessions, and workshops for stakeholders, highlighting the features and benefits of Astral Resibond Sealants, and demonstrating its suitability for various applications.

4. Project Specification: . Proactively work towards getting Astral Resibond Sealants specified in relevant projects by collaborating with Architects, Consultants, and Contractors during the project planning stage, resolve their queries regarding technical parameters and ensure that the products offered match the tender requirement/requirement of the project site

5. Sales Conversion: Convert project leads into purchase orders by providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely delivery of products to project sites, thus achieving sales targets, and contributing to the company's growth.
