Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team at AsteroidX. This role involves direct interaction with our existing customers to improve their customer experience, boost customer retention, and introduce them to new products and services that enhance their business performance.

The successful CSM will be responsible for driving critical metrics such as Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and will have substantial opportunities for career advancement in line with our company's swift pace of growth.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer retention and NRR.

- Cultivate lasting relationships with existing customers and onboard them to new - services and products.

- Own and drive customer success metrics, constantly seeking ways to add value to the customer experience.

- Conduct check-ins, planning sessions, and offboarding calls with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.

- Collaborate with operations teams to align customer success strategies with broader company objectives.

Requirements:

- Proven 4+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager with a focus on retention and revenue expansion.

- Strong understanding of customer success metrics and experience in driving NRR.

- Outstanding leadership abilities with experience in team management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Fluency in English

- Background in digital advertising or familiarity with Amazon's marketplace is highly valued.

- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

- Night shift attendance 3 days per week (5:30pm-2:30am IST) at AsteroidX HQ in Bangalore.
