Job Description:

Incumbent will be accountable to identify and convert opportunities to boost sales and profitability of the organization. This individual is responsible for the management of entire enterprise sales funnel and developing a business plan that covers sales and related expense control for hardware and solutions business with enterprise customers.

Specific Responsibilities:

- Drive business numbers, profitability, market share and business plan through timely operational and strategic interventions

- Establish sales culture by; forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and implementing rewards and recognition structure

- Develop and implement channel / partner sales program

- Manage key customer relationships and participate in negotiating and closing opportunities

- Defend the overall value proposition and build credibility with the clients. Create and nurture relationships with senior management across customer and partner organizations.

- Work closely with the internal teams and support functions to creatively develop ongoing sales scripting for cold calling, emails, presentations, public-speaking engagements, testimonials, thought leaderships and RFP responses.

- Develop in collaboration with the Marketing / Product team, innovative and / or differentiating product campaigns and events for business growth.

- Maximize sales performance with the combination of enhancing customer experience, team management balanced with effective cost control.

Qualifications: Bachelors/ Master's degree with 12-15 years' sales operations with 10+ years in technology sales

Relevant Experience: 10+ years in technology sales

Demonstrated track record of:

- Winning business

- Creating and implementing a sales plan

- Analysing sales data and developing budgets

- Background in business thought leadership, as well as knowledge in the areas of leadership, organizational culture and managing people.

- Excellent people manager, open to direction and collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
