Focus on Quality Job Description: As a Channel Sales Manager at Asteria, you will be responsible for managing and developing our channel partner network in order to drive sales and revenue growth. You will play a crucial role in establishing strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and dealers, and supporting them in promoting and selling our drone products.

- This role requires a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the drone industry.

Specific Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize market penetration. Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and dealers, in strategic locations to expand market reach. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing them with training, sales support, and technical assistance to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective channel marketing campaigns and promotional materials to support channel partner activities. Monitor channel partner performance and provide regular performance reviews, feedback, and coaching to ensure alignment with sales objectives. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer support, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of channel sales activities. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and network with potential channel partners and customers. Prepare and present regular reports on channel sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis to sales team leader and senior management.

Desired Qualification and experience: Degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, or a related field. 8+ years of relevant experience Proven experience in channel sales management, preferably in the drone industry or a related technology field. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective channel partner management.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools to track and manage channel sales activities.
