- Perform orientations, onboarding, and update internal records with new hire details.
- Manage end to end Performance Management Process including KRA, KPI, assessments and reviews of all employees.
- Maintain employee files with statutory requisites in electronic and paper form.
- Handle exit process
- Manage Learning and Development Program for the organization
- Ensuring real time data update concerning employee mapping changes on HR portal and internal trackers.
- Able to objectively coach and provide guidance to employees on work-related issues, policy interpretation and creative conflict resolution
- Assist in execution of all HR related activities including survey, assessment, celebration, rewards and recognition program, wellness program, etc.
- Handle internal and external audits
- Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
