Job Description:
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Able to objectively coach and provide guidance to employees on work-related issues, policy interpretation and creative conflict resolution
2. Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
3. Conduct HR round of interviews to assess behavioral aspect and determine right culture fit
4. Handle complete onboarding, background verification, attendance management and exit processes
5. Maintaining company directory, reports and organizational charts
6. Handle employee confirmations and issue bonafide letters
7. Ensuring local compliances like PF, Gratuity, ESI etc are adhered. Participation in internal and external audits.
8. Conducting employee engagement activities and wellness programs
9. Executing rewards and recognition program
Qualifications: Master's degree in human resource management
Relevant Experience: 7+ Years
