Assurance Manager - Risk & Compliance - BFS

Qualifications :

- Masters or equivalent/relevant bachelor's/master's degree with relevant Experience in the field of Risk Management

- Risk & Compliance, Audit, Assurance experience

Responsibilities :

- Contributes to the development and delivery of the 2nd line of defense assurance program and Ensure assurance and monitoring programs are aligned to and support the Bank Group strategy and objectives

- Offer review and challenge to the compliance with Bank Groups group Operational Risk requirements and Compliance obligations

- Ensures control assurance reviews are undertaken efficiently and effectively, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting

- Contributes to and prepares good quality assurance deliverables, such as scope memos, control test plans, and work papers, assurance reports, and periodic risk and compliance committee reports.

- Monitors the timely closure of actions arising from assurance reviews, and validates closure evidence

- Contributes to risk and compliance training programs in partnership with key stakeholders

- Contributes proactively and constructively to risk and compliance forums to achieve alignment and identify/share best practice opportunities

- Collaborate with peers to collectively promote a high-performance culture and behaviors, through role-modeling behaviors that reinforce collaboration and remove siloed approaches and mentality

- Encourages Accountability and personal responsibility, and continuous improvement.
