Position-Assistant/Deputy Manager-HR

Exp.-Minimum 3 yrs ( 3 yrs exp. is mandatory)

Location-Bangalore(only Local candidate can apply)

Position reports to-Zonal Head-HR(South)

JD for the Assistant/Deputy Manager-HR:-

- Handling Recruitment for on-rolls and off-rolls for all functions and level for South Zone. Recruitment related
liaisoning with vendors, Campuses and Background Verification Companies.

- Keep track of all recruitment MIS/Reports to ensure the numbers hired within TAT and assigned budget.

- Provide regular feedback to seniors about the Market trend and practices in the field of recruitment base on my day to day interaction with candidates, vendors etc.

- HR Operations including activities like Joining formalities, employee database management, personal file
management, leave management & monthly salary input Management.

- Staff Query Handling in day to day functioning to ensure proper functioning of departments and build fair and transparent culture.

- Ensure and coordinate timely Training & development activities including Inductions, Product Trainings and Developmental Trainings in association with training team.

- Employee Engagement
