Urgent Opening for Associate Medical Head

Position Description : This position will be the second-in-line to the India Director Medical Services; who currently heads and manages the Occupational Health Centre for a Multinational Client.

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

The position will be responsible for supporting the Medical Director in:

Formulation, implementation and monitoring of strategy, process & procedural guidelines in line with the wellness philosophy of the client / clinical protocols

Manage the existing programmes and also Design / develop new wellness programs in consultation with the Director Medical Services / Client Representatives

Bring in more efficiency in preventive healthcare to minimize health risks of personnel at workplace and also occupational health with medical leave, maternity leave and contagious disease management.

Continuous training & up skilling of personnel in clinical practices with a keen sense of metrics and projections of disease trends and suitably plan intervention strategies

Analyze and publish various dashboards to report various wellness indicators and ensure a targeted approach is made to mitigate them.

Plan & Schedule regular clinical / wellness / compliance audits

Should be able to monitor electronic medical records and ensure that they are filled up and up-to-date.

Regular Audits to ensure upkeep of quality indicators and keep at bay the surprises arising out of non-conformances

Ensure that chart audits are done with a view to improve medical care delivery.

Translate diagnosis into actionable curative measures

Act as a clinician, when the work demands / should be able to handle the operations independently during exigencies

Mandatory Prerequisites:

- MBBS with 10+years of experience in Operations & Clinical Administration

- It would be desirable to be AFIH Certified or Diploma in Industrial health though not a firm requirement.

- Should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills / soft skills essential to work and motivate a team in a highly competitive / progressive environment

- Well Groomed / Pleasant Personality

- Should be very fluent / proficient in English especially to meet global expectations and be able to articulate care delivery to best practices benchmarked globally.

- International Exposure / meeting and interacting with expats would be an added advantage.

- Work experience in a highly process oriented setup / MNC

- Hands on experience in Clinical Areas / functionalities

- Good at Analyzing Clinical Data Excel and Power point skills and statistical analytical skills are very essential.

- Exposure to Infrastructural Planning with statutory compliance requirements for all OPD and allied areas like dental, dermatology, gynecology and internal medicine. Ergonomics knowledge and maternity management should be a added advantage.

- Should have exposure and handled clinical audits

- Experience in handling Occupational Health Centre operations
