In charge of overseeing the formulation and implementation of strategic business plans, efficient financial management, and the recruitment and retention of a high-performing workforce in order to drive growth and increase stakeholder value.

Risks and Opportunities:
- Risks include handling cost demands from all stakeholders in a competitive context as well as managing substantial change, business retention, portraying the organisation as a resource enhancer rather than a resource substitute.
- There are opportunities to use the enterprise's capacity to attract new clients, encourage team adoption of the Large Account Management Process framework to improve links among important stakeholder constituencies, and rethink the strategic value proposition for the client.
Duties, Responsibilities and Expected Contributions :
- Provide strategic thought leadership and elevate customer conversations to a strategic level to address their needs.
- Convey an understanding of the Company and the current state of the consumer in these areas.
- Use top-tier data from markets other than the customer's to boost performance
- Encourage thought leadership among the account team
- Maintain target/achievement executive-wise for your region.
- Sell in accordance with the rate card and continuously work to increase yield.
- Pay special attention to spikes and special days.
