Associate - Web Analytics - BFS

Position: Associate - Web Analytics (4-9 yrs)

Role and Requirements:

- Graduation/Post Graduate in Computers, Stats or Maths

- Associate will be engaged in multiple projects around Web Analytics. It includes analysis in the areas of online customer engagement, Website tagging, solution design,development and implementation

- Will also be responsible for carrying out the analytics on web data. Role will also require to manage client relationship. The associate will be involved in managing end to end delivery for all projects

- The company requires a Web Analytics consultant with an extensive experience in planning, developing, implementing and managing the business and the technical side of the Web Analytics

- Responsible for determining the appropriate measures and associated metrics for various assignments

- Planning and implementing metrics collection, analysis, documentation, and communication to stakeholders

- Must have an working experience on Adobe DTM and Adobe SiteCatalyst Implementation (Adobe analytics, report builder, workspace, adhoc reports)

- Must have knowledge on website implementation of adobe tracking code through DTM along with data visualization skills

- Must liaison with the client to understand business problem, processes and implementation challenges

- Leverage data to analyze the business unit function, identify the business drivers and recommend strategy and future course of actions

- Manage end to end delivery including requirement gathering, solution design and business recommendation. Work closely with statisticians to develop solution framework - Identify statistical techniques, implementation mechanism, tracking campaigns and pilots

- Experience working on Adobe Analytics or Google Tag Manager

- Must have skills in Adobe Analytics (Omniture SiteCatalyst) - Setup / Configuration / Implementation/ Processing Rules / Troubleshooting

- Advanced Excel, Java, HTML, CSS, AJAX basic knowledge required.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
