- The tech company has launched an AI-based tool for startups to check investment readiness. Consulting services are offered to corporates in the field of strategy, operations, turnaround management, and digitization.

- They have a growing network of investment bankers, consultants, startups, and financial investors. They are present in the UK and Singapore apart from India. The tech startup has onboarded a host of marquee investors and raised funds from premier investors.

- As a Associate VP - Startups (Research & Analysis)you will be responsible for Liaising with multiple tie-ups of company's including Accelerators and Ministries for deal sourcing/short listing.

What you will do:

- Maintaining the deal flow MIS - presenting each case to the screening committee for a go/no go for each funding opportunity

- Shortlisting Startups through Company's QSAAT tool, having calls with Startups to decide on fundability or consulting requirements

- Presenting key deals (Startup) to select investors (PEs, VCs, Family Offices, Angels etc)matching their investment thesis

- Investor and deal management for company's upcoming Angel Fund

- Continuously lookout to add more startups on the platform

- Coordinating and working with internal teams

Candidate Profile:

What you need to have:

- 7-14 years of experience in dealing with investors and a strong track record of Venture Capital investments

- MBA ( Finance) /CFA is preferred

- Strong understanding of law

- Deep knowledge and understanding of the capital markets, as well as a thorough understanding of key metrics for companies in the industry

- Familiar with financial modelling techniques and valuation methods used by investors

- Strong understanding of macroeconomics, capital markets trends, competitor activities, industry dynamics, and customer trends

- Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment and be able to meet tight deadlines

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to draft engaging and impactful messages

- Good blend of interpersonal & analytical skills
