Associate VP/Sr Manager - Middle Office - Fund Accounting - BFSI

Offering a full suite of services encompassing; fund administration, middle and back office outsourcing, operational support, software implementation and related services to hedges funds and family offices. Company strength is in its progressive, consultative approach to fund administration, creating customized solutions around fund administration and middle/back office outsourcing. The Company is partially owned by a leading International Investment Bank spread across 5 countries with 7 offices, close to 400 headcount.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Ensure error free and timely daily support/ deliverables.

- Ensure timely resolution of breaks/ issues.

- Ensure operational support for Hedge Fund trading globally - multi currency, multi products.

- Understanding of Trade capture, Trade aggregation, confirm tracking.

- Ensure Daily live support for P&L, Trade settlement support.

- Liaison with various counter parties for Trade related confirmation such as Prime broker, etc.

- Ensure Trade support activities like Pricing, Corporate Actions, Reference Data Management.

- Exposure to International Securities will be an added advantage

- Ensure / Perform daily, monthly, cash P&L and trade recon.

- Involved in resolution of breaks - liaison with fund, counter-parties, & Prime Brokers.

- Ensure error free and timely daily support/ deliverables.

- Good knowledge of Bloomberg, Corporate Action, Pricing.

- Liaison with internal and external customers for information

- Ability to lead a team of Analysts.

- Exposure to Hedge Funds will be an added advantage.

Qualifications :

Any Post Graduate / C.A

- Competent candidates with 8+ years of work experience into Investment Banking/Hedge Funds/Capital Market.

- Excellent knowledge of Capital Markets & experience in Trade Operations, Reconciliation (related to trade, cash,position, P&L covering instruments like - forex, equity, options, derivatives, swaps)- Product knowledge OTC, Derivatives, Swaps, Equity, Derivatives.

- Strong analytical skills
