AVP/VP Legal Designation - Associate Vice President / Vice President Department - Legal Location - Mumbai Key Responsibilities: - Reviewing, negotiating and filing Alternative investment Fund documents. - Reviewing Share Subscription Agreements, Shareholders Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Share Transfer Agreements and other Investment and Exit documents etc. - Filing legal proceedings and review applications, petitions, suits, complaints, plaints. - Assist in conducting research on case laws and others provisions on contract act, companies act, IBC, RERA, FEMA regs. - Liasoning with regulators, law firms and counsels. - Reviewing NDAs, Service Agreements, Term Sheet, POAs, Undertakings, Declarations etc. Skills and Requirements : - Proactive and has understanding of the AIF business and regulations. - Ability to multitask. Eligibility : - Graduate with an LLB/LLM degree. - 4-6 years of post-qualification experience.
