Associate Vice President/Vice President - High Yield Credit Fund

- The investment management entity of a SEBI registered category-II AIF (domestic and overseas) in the area of Structured Credit investments is looking for middle-management talent for the following role:

- Coordinate the due diligence of identified investment opportunities and assist in putting together the investment memorandum for consideration by the Investment Committee (IC)

- Respond to queries of IC/partner funds/Investors

- Manage regular monitoring of active investments and formulate strategies to manage exceptions/facilitate exits

- Provide support in origination of investment opportunities in line with the Fund Mandate

- Generate investment ideas for organic origination

- Support in providing investment related feedback to Fund Investors

- Assist in responding to queries from regulatory agencies viz. SEBI

- Manage and mentor a small team of 2-3 persons for the above
