We are urgently looking candidate for the profile of Associate Vice President /Vice President - Anti-Counterfeiting role with a Large Consulting firm in Gurgaon. Please note: This is not a Legal role and We are looking for someone who can handle Business Development. Candidate will be responsible for following : - Planning and strategizing market reach. - Proposal making and Presales activities. - Vigilantly support existing clients in identifying targets. - Plan and lead enforcement actions. - Timely communication between investigators, management and clients. - Execute strategy to build relationships and network in the industry to gain information. - Develop and manage existing and new clients - Provide flash reports and final reports to clients. - Excellent written and spoken English & Hindi. Knowledge of any additional regional language will be an advantage. - 8 - 15 years of experience in Brand Protection/Anti Counterfeiting leadership role. - Understanding of intellectual property enforcement. - Knowledge of anti-counterfeiting legislation and law enforcement practices - Good presentation skills - Willingness to travel
