Designation - Associate Vice Presient Bancassurance

Key position with my client in their bancassurance department at chennai. Candidate from Chennai or Natives of Chennai preferred for this role

Leading a team of Sr Executives/Asst Managers/Managers /Sr Managers and driving life insurance business through bank relationship

1. Responsible for driving the Life Insurance business by handling the relationships with the 3 different bank relaitonships leading a team of Sr Executives/Asst Managers/Managers and driving life insurance business through bank relationship

2. Coordinating with other departments, to solve problems/issues proactively and develop a strong relationship with them.

3. To positively promote the company brand, its mission, aims and values of the Company

4. Provide direct support to Corporate Account Managers to help them develop and improve their own productivity

5. To set, monitor and achieve sales targets with bancs partners in the context of the geographical spread

6. Build convictions within the team to uphold high organizational values in every actions and ensure business ethics and integrity within the team

7. Identify and create market development opportunities for Corporate Account Managers/Asst Managers to help them and generate demand for sales

8. Provide day-to-day management required to help Corporate Account Managers/Managers and Executive build a high degree of quality.
