They have serviced over 1.5 million bookings via 5+ million trips Responsibilities : - Own and manage the P&L of the institutional business vertical - Grow the institutional business PAN India (currently 4-5 Cr annually) - Create scalable processes to ensure a smooth growth trajectory - Manage a large cross-functional team spread across 6-7 cities - Digitize the processes and support product managers with business insights Requirements : - Bachelors degree from IIT/BITS - Rich operations/sales experience of 5-8 years, previous experience in an early stage startup as a co-founder/top management is a huge plus - Understanding of technology and digital products is a must
