Job purpose   This role is a key operational role whose primary focus is to drive operational teams to achieve optimal, quality output. The role will require leadership to manage teams to ensure that the contracted level of service is delivered accurately, on-time and complete. These will be delivered in line with the key operational metrics of economy, efficiency and effectiveness.
