Associate Vice President - USI Clients and Marketing Organization - Marketing Strategy & Planning - Hyderabad

Job Description:-

Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to business leaders and key stakeholders

- Oversee strategy and planning for assigned integrated marketing campaigns that support Deloitte's business

- Build programs using innovative, go-to-market tools and approaches to leverage the firm's capabilities for maximizing market reach and impact

- Collaborate with the PR team to drive media coverage, when applicable

- Engage other SMPs to coordinate campaign activities and pull in other capabilities, as appropriate

- Plan and manage marketing budgets for campaigns in conjunction with the Campaign Management team

- Bring innovative thinking and marketing practices to all marketing activities

- Along with the Marketing Services team, develop metrics and KPIs to assess campaign success at the campaign, activity, and channel levels to inform future campaign tactics

Management responsibilities:

- Collaborate with US leadership to develop a strategic vision for the assigned India MS&P team in line with the overall CMG strategy, and take complete ownership of execution

- Work closely with the US M&C leadership in developing and driving the group's strategic priorities

- Work with US M&C business leaders to align resources to priorities in a way that maximizes value

Operational responsibilities:

- Take responsibility for operational excellence (quality, efficiency, utilization, talent development, growth, and budget) for the India MS&P team

- Lead the development of technology-based solutions for the India MS&P organization

People responsibilities:

- Coach and manage the performance of the overall team, build a leadership pipeline, and put together a succession plan across assigned service areas

- Recruit, engage, and motivate team members

- Identify and address the Indian team's development and training needs and map their career paths
