Associate Vice President - LMS & Integrations

We are looking for self-motivated individuals to be part of our Lending team to build and enhance our Loan Management System. In this role Incumbent owns the charter of feature ideation, competitive benchmarking, prioritization of roadmap, GTM and product penetration.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- A scalable Loan Management System that enables business to scale up Lending Operations without worrying about technology

- Meeting requirements of multiple lender partners

- Flexibility for product innovations

- Agility in adding new lenders to our growing portfolio

- Work on creating roadmap. Align stakeholders. Most importantly, deliver against it.

Requirements:

- Experience in Building Platform Products in high scale businesses

- MS or BS/ B Tech in computer science or equivalent experience from top college

- Knowledge of product development processes

- Willingness to experiment and improve continuously
