Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Leads strategic/digital initiatives for ESG Research and helps senior leadership in implementing broader strategic/digital initiatives
- Serves as an Account/Delivery Manager for key accounts, as needed
- Enhance the existing ESG data collection process, service offerings and frameworks
- Proven ability to manage and execute competitive pilots with hands-on leadership
- Demonstrate strong functional expertise by providing content leadership on projects
- Ability to plan long-term project resource requirements
- Defines success factors and identifies critical team goals and objectives
- Drives the teamwork necessary to achieve client delight
- Skilled at leading and coordinating across diverse teams to achieve desired outcomes
- Ensures retention plans and employee back-fill plans are in place
- Demonstrated experience presenting and interfacing with top leadership
- Reports and drives KPI's to achieve and over-achieve goal
Other Responsibilities:
- Provides coaching, feedback, and guidance to team members to ensure their successful contribution
- Regularly assesses each team- readiness (skills, capacity, capability), developing appropriate action plans to ensure business success
- Improve existing delivery processes and lead automation where applicable
- Maintains awareness of competitive service offerings and positions the company to win
Skill Set Required
- Experience in ESG strategy development and offering ESG solutions to International clients
- Knowledge of various reporting standards - UNPRI, SASB, TCFD, GRI, CDP, etc.
- Demonstrable hands-on project delivery experience
- Skilled at leading and coordinating across diverse teams to achieve desired outcomes
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor coach and train company team members
- Excellent communication, client relationship, and analytical skills
- Well organized and consistently meets commitments
- Flexible and promotes a teamwork environment
Education and experience - MBA / Maters in Environment, Economics, Social Sciences, with 10- 15 years of experience
Compensation - To be decided on a case-by-case basis, pegged with the best in the industry
