- Client Delivery - Ensuring impeccable services to clients in a timely, qualitative and innovative way through proper planning of resources

- Ensuring project profitability and cash management

- Resource & People Management - To keep 3-4 team members fully productive and utilized

- Coaching & developing team members

Qualification : Post Graduate with prior experience in business strategy/ HR or OD consulting
