AVP HR Business Partner

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as an Associate Vice President (AVP) - HR Business Partner for our ITES organization.

- The AVP-HR BP will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with the company & business strategies to achieve over-arching business objectives, providing strategic HR support to business units, fostering a positive work environment and build high performing work culture. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our organization through effective HR business partnering

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Alignment: Collaborate with business unit leaders and executives to understand their strategic goals and objectives. Develop and implement HR strategies and solutions that support the achievement of business objectives.

- Talent Management: Drive budgeted talent management initiatives, including talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning. Partner with business units to ensure they have the right talent in place to meet current and future needs.

- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and team dynamics. Ensure a positive and productive work environment.

- Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance management processes, ensuring that goals and performance metrics are aligned with business objectives. Provide coaching and support to managers in performance feedback and improvement plans.

- Change Management: Lead and support organizational change initiatives within the business units, including mergers, restructures, and process improvements. Ensure a smooth transition for employees.

- HR Analytics: Leverage HR data and analytics to provide insights to business leaders. Monitor and report on key HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

- Training and Development: Collaborate with business leaders to identify training and development needs, and design programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, driving business performance.

- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Promote diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives within the business units, fostering a culture of equity and belonging.

- HR Systems, Policies and Practices: Design and implementation of HR systems, policies and practices while ensuring that the same are in compliance and mitigate risks for the organization.

- Strategic HR Projects: Lead and participate in strategic HR projects that support the organization& overall mission and objectives.

- Achieve and maintain GPTW certification for company. Extensive experience in HR leadership and business partnering roles within the
